We offer a turning service in a variety of materials including mild steel, alloy steels, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, bronze, many engineering polymers and more. We specialise in fast turnaround of one-off or small batch production of bespoke parts.
Turning is well suited to producing highly accurate and concentric round components such as shafts, bushings, spacers and fasteners. We can produce precision parts with tight tolerances and excellent surface finish exactly to your specifications.
We offer a 3 axis milling service in a variety of materials including mild steel, alloy steels, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, bronze, many engineering polymers and more. We also have CNC milling capabilities in non-ferrous metals and engineering polymers.
Milling is perfect for parts that have flat and square features as well as slots, pockets and accurate hole patterns
We offer welding including MIG and TIG processes on a range of materials including mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
MIG welding is a fast, productive process well suited to general mild steel fabrication where the priorities are efficiency and quality, strong joints.
TIG welding is a much more precise which allows more control of the weld profile, material deposition and heat input into the part. It is well suited to stainless steel and aluminium applications especially where heat management, and weld cleanliness are important.
We offer a sheet metal fabrication service using mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. We specialise in fast turnaround of one-off and small batch bespoke parts, from simple brackets to more complex fabrications.
Sheet metal is ideal for producing strong, lightweight components with formed features such as bends, folds and flanges. Sheet metal parts are commonly found in automotive, motorsport, electrical, catering, etc.
We offer an FDM 3D printing service in a variety of materials including: PLA, PETG, ASA/ABS and flexible TPU.
3D printing is particularly suited to fast, cost-effective prototyping of parts or for production of small batches or rapidly evolving parts due to the process not requiring the up front investment of a mold as would be required in other plastic forming technologies such as injection molding.
3D printing also has the unique advantage of being able to produce geometry that would be impossible or prohibitively expensive using other manufacturing methods
